Good idea to go private. You never know who's out there looking at your blog.
And on that subject, be aware that spammers get e-mail addresses from blogs, so the people who posted their addresses in these comments should be careful (or type them out like "my name at sign hotmail dot com" so that the spammer's computers can't easily find them).
